at one time I remember some products made in China were rather quality
material. well I have had cable phone problems for a long time and today
I get another tech here from the cable company . he replaced some
wires outside that the squirrels had been chewing on.. then inside here
he ran all new wires and then tested the phone. still problems so he
said he would switch out the phone box. it is a flat box maybe four
inches by three inches. the first two he put in and called in the
office to set the machine didn't work I could hear on this mans next
tell walkie that on the other end " that is a bad unit. replace it".
guess what." made in china'" . I heard him open the plastic and the
cardbox shipping container. so long and short of it is if they cannot
give me a constant phone then I might as well as go to the Majic Jack. .
No comment. I also asked if the cable company would get credit for
these units that did not work and he didn't know. Imagine if you or I
had to go to radio shack. you know, get a ride and come all hopefull
that new product would fix everything and then to find out you need to
go again to find a ride and back to the store. Oh well. end of my rant.
at least the computer still works fine. Lee
