[BlindHandyMan] Do you have a recommendation for a car battery booster?

     Do you have a recommendation for a car battery booster?  I've used the
kind that you charge up from the wall outlet and connect to the car's
battery.  I know there are some that plug into the cigarette lighter but I'm
under the impression that they take up to a half hour to work.

     Do you know of any that let you start the car as soon as you plug it
into the cigarette lighter?
