Hi I cannot fix your humidifer but I also have a gas hot air
frurnace and live in snow country. what I do is put large pails.
actually tins that hold about 2 quarts of water and I check them
about every other day. they are set in front of the hot air vents on
the outer edges of the house. some day I'll have a humidifier but
for now I will use these pans and from time to time just stick a
finger in to see how full they are. Lee
