On Friday we thawed out the big freezer. Also in the basement there is an old refrigerator that we use for soda and temporary storage. This too is a manual defrost refrigerator. When cleaning out the big freezer Karen decided to thaw a pre-package of raspberries. She put the package in the refrigerator for a slow melt. Last evening I went to get a Coke and the can was sticky. The improbable happened, the package of raspberries actually exploded. Today after the big Pine Wood Derby race I will have to start to defrost that unit. I don't see any easier way to clean the mess.
