Max, I live in a small house, and I have two small children, so a toy that was not there on one pass, might be in the way on the next. I wouldn't be able to walk briskly enough to get my heart rate up. Michael

I ruined two treadmills this way. Doctors say that just plane walking is almost as effective as walking on a treadmill so I do my walking in the house.
