Hi I used to have a guy that walked with me back in the day when I was 
married, then after going on my own I went to the jim, but when my friend 
lost interest that was the end of that to, now a days,  actulyy  for the 
last three years I do ballroom and Latin dancing and I find it keep me 
fairly fit. Last Saturday I did a 10k walk and I did not really got tired. I 
must say my partner weren't to fast we walked it in hour and 36 minutes.
