Hi Max You said about rotating 5 tires well there can be a problem there.
If you have mag or alloy wheels some come with 5 mags or alloys and others come with 4. In other words the spare is an ordinary steel rimed wheel and is only used to get you out of trouble. I had a Falcon with 5 alloy wheels my Nissan has 4 alloy wheels and the Toyota has 5 steel wheels. So on my Nissan I cannot rotate 5, just the 4 alloy wheels. It also depends whether it is a front wheel drive or rear wheel drive. For the road conditions are very poor out here and I find that the front wheel drive cars get less miles out of them than the rear wheel drive I have had, even when the tire pressures are checked weekly. It also will depend on how offten you check your tire pressures, and the road conditions your vehicle travelled over and the weight you carry in your vehicle.
