Well the spare doesn't have to be rotated until it is used.  As for the 
regularly used tires, you won't hurt anything by speeding up the schedule, 
especially with rough roads.  Remember the intervals are always just a 
suggestion, not the final word since they can't know the conditions you drive 
under.
