My never ending toilet misery. *smile* So, when the toilet over flowed it was not clear water, so to speak. It ran into the closet next to the toilet so I dried everything up and pulled the carpet back off of the pad to dry. I have also used the carpet cleaner on the pad and the carpet. Everything is very dry, but there is still a slight odor. I am thinking of spraying this all down with a bleach solution. Do you all think this will work? If so, how strong a bleach to water ratio do you think I should use?
