I guess it depends on what part of the states you live in. Out here in
California we call a can of coke, a soda. Further East, they refer to it as
pop. Personally, I've never heard the term gable fan, but it does make
allot of sense. But to refer to whole house fan and attic fan as being
basically the same is nonsense. Whole house fan serves the purpose of
bringing cooler air into the interior of the house and is drawn up into the
attic and out the attic vents. A attic fan simply cools down the attic by
drawing air in from one vent and out another vent. Have a wonderful
