  Subject: [BlindHandyMan] superior knife sharpening

  Hi,
I was given a boat load of knives. Some are pretty cool. They are all 440.
Some needed a touch up, and the hardness has worn my sharpening stones
  down.
I had the system where a vice clamp of sorts held the blade, and the stone
was on a stick. The stem of the stick went through a precise hole to put
the stone at a certain angel to the blade.
I know that blade placement could effect that angle, but I trusted this
  more than my own freehand.
Does anyone know of a good blind friendly sharpening kit for 440?
