this is an issue we are dealing with right now. although the pool is 
still upright but the last season unless I find a new way of patching 
a large area  and theat would be like to take a 3 to 4 foot section  
of wall from a older pool and pop rivet it in. .  by the way how old 
was your pool? Lee
