Hi Jim,

 

The problem I'm running into is that the material is getting so hot that it
melts.  It melts when the blade is spinning in the proper direction.  I
would think that running a blade in the reverse direction would create even
more heat.  I've got some extra material so I'll give it a try.  Who Knows .

hi a friend of mine has done lots of siding work.
and what they do is to install a plywood blade backwards in the circ saw and
try that.
