Hi Jewel The wife wants it out because it shades the washing on the clothes line and it is in the way of the concrete.
As far as replanting it in another location we do not have the room anywhere else to replant it. It has gone from a small job into something now very expensive but as the wife is in charge of our finances this is what has been decided. It is quite possible to do that with a tree of a mere 18 feet high, but the tree has to be prepared by having its roots wrenched over a period of a couple of months, and it is expensive.
