I'm with Lenny here.  

I used to run an equipment leasing/rental outfit, and I can remembering
paying a claim because somebody did the same thing Lenny's neighbor did with
a drain-clearing unit he rented from us.  While it can't be used in all
circumstances, I think a shop vac is a far better alternative than air or
hydraulic power for doing this.

I would stay away from that. There was a product called drain power. It was 
a can of compressed air. About ten years ago a neighbor used it. The old 
metal kitchen drain blew up. He ended up re-painting the kitchen.
