Have you thought of warming it with a hair drier?

You need the solvent to evaporate, room air will do this in time but war air 
will do it faster. Not blistering heat of course but you can get it pretty warm.

    Bill, I don't need to hear a couple of weeks. We will have about 30 people 
  in the house Friday evening. I told Karen that if it is not dry we may just 
  put suran wrap over it so no one gets into it and worry about correcting it 
  after the wedding.Hmmm, I will then have a son-in-law that I can put to 
  work. If Karen sees this I will probably get smacked...

  Lenny: We had some retouching done with a similar paint last Fall, and it 
  took a couple weeks to fully dry, and that was with a fan too.
