You can purchase it  at any hardware store. It stands for (trisodium phosphate) 
Do a small section  to make sure it does not remove the finish on the siding 
and rinse it well after wiping down the siding. I also used white vinegar on 
vinyl siding and it worked well. If you have  trees or other plants blocking 
out the air and sun, trim them back.

  Here is what I did to get rid of mold on my wooden deck. For it had a bad 
case of the mold. 1/2 cup TSP to two gallons of warm water. I also added 1/2 
cup of household bleach to the water. It did get rid of the mold.

  Howdy All, it has been a rather cool and somewhat rainy summer here in 
  Michigan. I have aluminum sided house and was told about some green spots 
  on the siding. I would assume that this is mildew and have been thinking 
  how to remove this mildew. I have been thinking about power washing it and 
  if there was something I should put on this mildew to help remove it...
  Any suggestions... Would power washing be enough?
