Hello,  this may be a little off topic.  I have a propane smoker,  I smoke a
lot of pork and beef, but I would like to try my luck at smoking a turkey.
I need to know about how long and at what temperature I should cook at.

If any one on the list can help I would appreciate any advice on this
subject.
