If you really need something with an adhesive back the Braillables are ok, but I think they are about $1 a sheet or more now. If the braille is going to be stuck on something perminently, you could use contact paper. Believe it or not, it makes a nice dot in a braille writer. I've used it to put braille in children's books and some of the books are more than 10 years old, and still just as clear as when they were done.
