Dale: Thanks for the info. I'm going to be making a headboard soon. The top will have a slight arch or curve with cut-outs at each end. This device might do the trick. I'm thinking a good solution would be to use this device to create a pattern out of hardboard using a flushtrim bit. Then, by using a pattern bit, one could make the exact curve desired.
