i bought one a few months ago.

not exactly blind friendly, but you can memorize the key strokes to do
what you need in the menus,
but i hardly change the factory settings.
no automatic recording levels so you have to be careful not to over
modulate.
sound quality is super excellent.
16g sd cards hold plenty even at 24 bit .
at standard 16 44.1 there is hours of room.

i put the cards into the computer and edit them in sound forge.

it eats up batteries.

they put the headphone jack in a dumb place, right between the mikes.

you have to decide if you want the olympus with pretty good sound and all
the menues to talk or to go with the higher quality sound.
i wanted the sound.

there is a gain switch for field or close in recording.

i use dit to record gig in crowded bar and worked out great.

there is a remote,but i haven't used it yet.
guess i should, would probably like the thing even more.
