there are orick websites, and other repair options. Philadelphia has an orick shop or two I'm rather sure. Contacted Orick and asked about repairs? IF they built it they could work on it for you. But maybe they'd offer a trade in on a new one. Electrolux does that,. I like the orick products okay. Best of luck.
