If the car is well sealed and the glass is cold, moisture will condense on the glass. It is simple physics, the relative humidity has to be high enough and that will happen from breathing or other sources of humidity, hot drinks and so on. You need to mix some of the air flow from outside of the vehicle. this is done with the ventilation system or open a window a crack. Simply heating the interior will ultimately help but it takes time to dry the interior sufficiently.
The valet key works. There is a latch in the trunk which has to be set. When it is the interior release does not work, you have to open the trunk with the key. The latch in the trunk has to be reset to enable the remote trunk latch release to work or the interior latch release. Hope this helps.
