Lee, Yes, many of those homes did get radiant floors. However, it was a poor attempt. They used the wrong materials, and most of those homes developed leaks because of the cement eating up the Copper pipes. To fix the leaks you had to jack hammer up the floor, fix the leak, then pour a patch. These floors were poured slabs with the pipes embedded in the slab.
