there is an item you'll find at staples called a super glue pen. It has a point instead of a rollerball like the normal pen. It is a spring loaded tip set into a funnel apeture. When depressed the point allows a drop of glue to come out along the point of the pen. a drop of this will often hold the dymo very well if the tape's adhesive has dehydrated. Becareful working with it, keep acetone handy.
