I can't imagine what complaint blind persons might have. This is a low cost 
meter witch so far as I can tell performs well. What would make it better? 
Maybe a braille manual, I sometimes can't remember which function position does 
what but there isn't room on the face to apply large braile labels.

  I have one and have no complaints with it. The only problem I've run into is 
some static in the speaker when I push the button on the positive lead. 

  I hate to say for the price it's a great meter. It's a very good meter and 
typically something blind people would be forced to pay 3 or 4 times as much 
for.
