It was a few months ago that I repaired the upholstery attachment with some suggestions from this list. I am sure glad that I did not purchase a new one. Today the pump in the shampooer failed The machine is over ten years old so am going to replace it. It really pays to search the internet. There are four models designed for deep cleaning if you have a pet. What is real interesting that the four models 94003 through 6 are the same basic machine with the same attachments. the 3, 4, and 6 all list for $249 and the 5 is ten dollars more. The only difference is that the 5 has a bilingual manual. Sears has the 94004 on sale for $202. Ten years ago we paid about $250 and it does not have as much to offer. If this new one lasts ten years I will be quite happy.
