I'm having a minor problem maybe someone can help me with. After coming out 
of sleep mode or stand by mode I hear the following.  A USB device has 
malfunctioned  and windows does not recognize it, click on this message for 
assistance.  Being that my wife is sighted, I asked her to click on it, but 
all she see is the desktop icons.  I knew before asking her, it was going to 
be a shot in the dark.
