Besides I suggest to merge the code `trac.ticket.api.TicketFields` with
`trac.ticket.api.Ticketsystem` , mainly because IMO it is not accurate
(maybe causing errors afaics) to enable the ticket system and not to have
core ticket fields (<= and that's exactly what happens if the former
component is disabled while the later is enabled) .
