r1352505 applies t105_r1352164_multiproduct_merge_permissions.diff
r1352507 applies t105_r1352164_multiproduct_merge_ticket_fields.diff
r1352510 updates the installer so that multiproduct.* is enabled and
trac.ticket.report.reportmodule is disabled
r1352511 adds some missing definitions to the
bloodhound_multiproduct/multiproduct/api.py file
r1352516 removes the same definitions from
bloodhound_multiproduct/multiproduct/model.py
