Comment:
The issue was introduced in r1411625 which was a naïve CSS-based approach
aimed at fixing #167 . As I suspected at the time that was not enough .
The reasons were not obvious at the time , and somehow this bug remained
hidden after some commits .
[attachment:t289_r1418195_anchor_pos_v2.diff Attached patch] reverts
r1411625 and fixes the issue described in #167 using a different approach
.
/me forwarding to rjollos for him to review and confirm if both #289 and
#292 are solved . Further review might be needed though .
