I believe that we have effectively been running with the fix offered in
the [attachment:t289_r1418195_anchor_pos_v2.diff patch] from olemis by
using site custom templates and htdocs directories to get the new
javascript loaded. This appears to be working well so I intend to commit
the patch shortly.
