Attachment names are not shown with the attachment description when the
''Comments only'' filter is selected. We should either:
* Also hide the comment description.
* Show the attachment filename as well, which is what
[http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/10766#comment:7 Trac does]. The change
was made just before the release of 1.0.
