This change to Trac was discussed starting in trac:comment:7:ticket:10766,
and the change was applied in [trac 11124].
Most of the !JavaScript code in the `bh_ticket.html` template that was
copied over from Trac was last changed in r1338129 when the template was
converted to Bootstrap (#50), so it looks like we are behind on some other
changes that have been made to Trac that we may want to carry over to
Bloodhound. That will be left for another ticket though.
With this change, the label ''Comments only'' is not entirely accurate.
I've considered suggesting the change ''Comments only'' -> ''Field
changes'' and inverting the state of the checkbox, but am not yet
convinced that is the best change to make.
