The upgrade of Trac to 1.0.1 or 1.1.1 was discussed on the

vote so far was in favor of upgrading to 1.0.1. This will be targeted to
release 5 for now, pending more feedback.
The following tickets are associated with the upgrade to 1.0.1. Most or
all of them will be template modifications needed to keep pace with
changes in Trac.
