Jeanette, I doubt if the $11.50 for the song book would also cover postage to Canada It barely covers it in the U.S.! I think another $2 should cover it. (The book itself is $10 plus the postage, I've been charging $11.50 total in the U.S.) Yes, you can email the photos from the Calgary festival to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  I'd love to see them!!   Thanks, James
