The Blue Obelisk deliberately does not define itself too closely. It's a movement rather than a formal organization - it has no constitution, but it has a mantra: ODOSOS. About the only things that are fairly certain are that: * it's Open as in Speech or Libre. Not just "free as in beer" * it's primarily molecular * it is composed of who it is composed of and it meets when it meets - usually at dinner.
