Nice!! I looked into this before, but I thought you had to pay like
$80 a month or so to set up one of these.

I don't want to discourage you, but I have the impression that
StackOverflow sites are really most useful if there is a critical mass
of people. How about considering the whole comp chem community rather
than just questions about BO (like compchem.stackexchange)? A rising
tide lifts all boats so it wouldn't matter that some people would be
asking questions about Gaussian, they would still be exposed to BO
software and start to realise that CCL.net and QCPE may not be the
future of compchem.
