This is probably a bad example... surely, I won't be able to give
details, but I think there is some consensus here that if you did
everything you could to contact a person and possible relatives, etc,
but this person is just no longer available, some legal framework
kicks in to overcome this problem... I'm pretty sure it works
something like that with copyright on books too... not?
