I understand the pain of distribution packaging, systemd, etc. I agree. Type::Tiny needs only one module, Exporter::Tiny. https://metacpan.org/dist/Type-Tiny Click on "Dependency graph". For BlueOnyx tools such as easy-migrate.pl, you may want to bundle them in /usr/sausalito/site_perl/ using cpanm or cpm. It may be a good idea to choose a non-XS module with few dependencies.
