Additionally, if you think we should keep that site alive for any
reason, I suggest someone checking out the latest code from SVN there,
deleting all files except for a readme with a URL pointer to github,
and checking that in.  The history would still exist in SVN but anyone
checking it out would have no questions about the status of the
project.
