Ok everyone, as per the discussions regarding the use of Helvetica
ahead of Arial, I've investigated and compared a number of fonts and
decided that:

- Helvetica Neue looks great and should remain as the "idea" font.
- Arial is a bit more readable than Helvetica on-screen, even on Macs
where Helvetica renders well.
- Helvetica should be kept in the font stack for those who choose not
to have Arial and don't have Helvetica Neue.

I tried to find other fonts that could go in the stack, but the
reality is that any other font that's common on the web is also too
different from the Arial/Helvetica style to fit. So I'm proposing that
the new font stack be:

"Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;

If anyone has a really good reason as to why not, please make it known.
