Yes, it's meant to give you specific CSS for container & columns so
you don't have to put "column span-12 last" in your markup, but you
still include the Blueprint screen.css, print.css in your webpages.
The other options, like the packaged compress script or Compass, allow
you to completely replace the packaged Blueprint compressed files with
ones that are specific to your markup. You'll be serving smaller files
in those cases.
