Ok, that is great to know. I have another question and I will see if I can
explain what I mean right. I was just messing with constructyourcss if I
make 1 container and in that container I make 2 columns. On the second
column once I expand it all the way to the right and toggle last the column
drops down a line in the container. Is this suppose to happen? Am I doing
that right?

Let me know if this doesn't make sense.
