The beauty of blueprint (css frameworks in general) is that you can include
other css as you see fit. I can't think of any reason why a sticky footer
would interfere with blueprint (in fact, I know it doesn't because I've done
it here <http://compass-style.org/>) so a blueprint provided implementation
is not necessary. Go grab an implementation from the net and sticky away!
