Hi Aaron,
I changed the protocol, did some testing and pushed the changes to 0.2.1 and
cherry-picked the specific commits into 0.3
Let me know if you see any issues. Otherwise we can close this issue and create
another one for handling "enabled" flag with a generic watcher on the table
node.
