I am saying this with reference to the file posted on BM Main group regarding Ideal Constitution. Did the moderators approve this so called Ideal Constitution to be posted in files section? Please dont post such things which are very sensitive and unless BM comes forward with exactly what is wrong in the present constitution, if anything, and what are its own suggestions as per its ideology. I dont think it Ideal. I am just giving some articles to ponder over if you can think what effect these articles will create. "15. Protection of life and personal liberty. No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law. This provision shall not applicable in respect of a matter; when State fails (???) to provide protection of life and property of one against another." "16(4) Immediately after commencement of this Constitution, Supreme Court, in consultation with National Judicial Commission and Law Commission of Bharat, shall frame detailed Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Civil and Criminal Rules and Orders after Law Commission of Bharat shall invite written suggestions from Central and State Governments(???), High Courts, Bar Associations, litigants and individual Citizen, in an open and transparent manner and submit (???)comprehensive drafts." "21(7) The (fundamental) rights conferred under this article shall not be suspended by the State, by Parliament or even by the Supreme Court, even during the emergency, except extreme necessity(???) for the National interests." Jai Hind Amit. ============================================================================== You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BM_discussion" group.
