Dear Shoubhik Bhai,
Nice to see your mail.
Just a very primary query.
Which type of 18 years research- i mean- Theoretical or Observation type or
Traveling or Bookish or Model Establishment in Real Ground or etc.
If it is Model Establishment type Practical research then i would like to
know about it.
Situations are very critical and thus Practical Experiences are needed in
place of Mental, philosophical etc.

Dear Friends!

Forming a BM General Body is a need to give the
direction to BM and a move towards our collective
dreams.

During last one year BM was busy in formulating rules,
policies, laws, terms & conditions, but never was
thought of the people. It is like emphasizing on
interior designing of the house but never thought of
building the house. Nothing substantial was done on
the ground, there was not a single national level
activity neither social nor political.

Instead of making a hard framed system to follow there
is a need to evolve a system by working hard towards
our collective dreams.

An organization can never be immature; it can be an
individual, so the mature one can come forward and
lead the organization. We all see a dream of rise of
great nation; we have to make some sacrifices to make
this dream true.

The aim of this general body is to identify a roadmap
for the next few months and implement, There is a need
to reach to masses and tell the truth of our system.
Give them strength with our spirit of sacrifice and
commitment.

Group is open for next one month for all of us to
decide, what to do, how to do. We will together do it.

Hope to read a lot from all.

I will share my plan for roadmap in the next mail.
Please feel free to write to me or talk to
me...9968282278.

Mahesh

Dear Functionaries,

I think my previous mail have created some controversy which i never want
for BM. Sorry for that, I hv no problems with Santoshji's work.He has done a
great job with so many constraints & non performing members with mostly of his
& Abhinavji's effort.

I have met him personally & talked with him an anlaysed him as a great
person and a good leader for the mission. So friends, please don't
misunderstand me> i just wrote some facts in my previous mail. I request
everyone to thinkseriously about Mission.

Krishanu Bhattacharjee <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: To,

  Chief Editor, Magazine Team,
  My Fellow National Council members,
  Inefficient National Executive Members,

Regarding allegations to my inefficiency in magazine Team, I want to clarify
it to everyone that what responsibilities were given to me in BM:

  1. Editor-Magazine Team
  2. Policy Research Team Coordinator (By. Gen. Sec. BM)
  3. To Initiate Chapters in North East.(By. Gen. Sec. BM)
  4. Delhi Chapter Joint Secretary.

By Getting all these responsibilities, I got allegations for non performance
in Magazine Team but members of BM are allowed to think logically about the
time of a person working with such works for the mission

What I worked for Policy Reaserch Group with hours and days of moving in
ground in many places, meeting with members of BM & other experts who can work
on policy for ground work, compiling all research work and preparing
presentation for National Meet for my last 2 months initial work with all on
my own expenses(I never took a single penny from BM members for Policy work)
got me the result that I was not allowed to present my work in Gwalior as my
Fellow NC members feel proud to declare them as immature members in leadership
& our Organization don't need any policy at the moment. They want to wait for
themselves becoming mature enough to lead the organization. So please , Wait.

Regarding starting chapters in North East , I have already explained my work
in National Meet and if so called immature leaders of BM wish themselves to
get up from their Arm Chairs & move to various corners of India & spare some
time for the places in North East where I have initiated Mission work, they
will able to know the actual conditions of people in india.

Regarding Delhi Chapter work, I will not tell anything .Functionaries are
allowed to ask people of Delhi about our work.

So, Fellow great leaders of BM are allowed to decide my future in BM but not
my work for BM as I have already declared myself as a lifetime member of the
mission. I resign from the post of Editor-Magazine Team.

But I also request the general members of mission to identify people who are
really working and think about the so called NC members who have no time for
growth of ground work in mission as they are fond of e-work. & they are
immature as they feel proud to declare it. Also think abou National Executive
members who were not even present in National meet to present their work and
vision for BM (if they have any????????) to the general members of BM.

Once Again at the end I am proud to decalre myself as a lifetime member for
the mission & I resign from the Editor-Magazine Team but I will continue my
work with Policies & Ground Work & no one can remove me from my work for
mission.

better and more reachable. We have been able to do this with efforts of few
members. The Magazine Team has been carrying quite a few non-performers all
these days. I am very sad to say that the following members have never
contributed to the Magazine effort, despite my repeated attempts to activise
them (needless to mention I have wasted hundreds of Rs on STD). Infact it
appears that they never took the work seriously, and acted in a negligent
manner after having accepted the responsibility.

  1. Krishanu B.
  2. Rupesh G.
  3. Dattatrey T.

Among others I would like to mention that Abhinav has done quite well
compared to others. Performance of Prasad S. & Arun V. has been inconsistent
and below expectation. I would like the two to improve their work in the near
future and feel the importance of their work for the Mission.

As per the Terms of the Magazine Team formation, the Editor can add or
remove the members of the team except the EB. As such I am removing Rupesh &
Dattatrey from the Magazine Team and recommend the NC/NE to remove Krishanu
from his position as Joint-Editor, which he, anyway, was only in name all
these days.

As a result of these steps, the strength of the Magazine Team (in numbers)
is greatly reduced. I request the NC/NE to recommend a few committed members
to join the Magazine Team immediately.

  Thank you.

From: Krishanu Bhattacharjee

To,

Once Again at the end I am proud to decalre myself as a lifetime member for
the mission & I resign from the Editor-Magazine Team but I will continue my
work with Policies & Ground Work & no one can remove me from my work for
mission.

Dear All,

I have great hopes from BM, as do many others. However BM needs to put its
house in order.

We have to decide the objectives, Vision and Mission for BM. What we refer
as Vision is not vision at all but just outline of our preferred
future. *Vision
when clear, covers process, activities and mile-stones*. If our vision would
have been clear so many recurring problems would never have cropped up.

*Constitution follows Vision and not vice-versa.* *Only people with
bureaucratic mindset want constitution because they need it to control
others*. When Vision is clear and well established, we can identify most
effective form of organization to achieve vision.

BM should clearly declare its political intentions. Declaring that we want
to form Goverment at Centre requires vision, conviction and confidence.

Social service is okay for those who *do not* want to take responsibility
for total change. We will not be able to achieve our objectives through
social service alone. When we have political objectives, social service
activities help us to train our members and maintain continuous contact with
ground reality. It does not have more value.

I think, BM should elect right leader who have fairly clear vision, who can
devote sufficient time and mobillise resources for BM activities. *In my
opinion from the people I know Dr. (Mrs.) Akalpita Paranjape from Mumbai, A
retired Senior Scientist from BARC, with quite wide contacts and ongoing
social projects shall be the right person to lead BM at the present crucial
moment.*

Let us quickly put our acts togeather and move ahead.

With Best Regards,
Milind Kotwal

Dear Friend Akalpita ji,
when i will be able to understand that a mass movement can be sent as
report, i will try to write it and will send it.
i am trying to write an annual report but i am not able to get time for it.
just now i am in a meet of manipur issue. how many things can be sent as
report.
i think we can share our experiences only. and experiences can come only by
workings. i am in very strong network with various social organizations,
various mass movements of our society.
sorry to say but i dont have any report this time. when i will have i will
send it.
i hope, you have seen our documentaries on water and parliamentary systems.
i am ready to start a open discussion on social solution, social politics,
social governance, social ownership, social democracy, may be i will get
some points from you guys.
i have started to work on a social company with social ownership, it is our
goal to achieve an annual turnover of more than 1 Million Cror Rs. In two
years after start we want to achieve an annual turnover of more than 1000
Cror Rs. We will do it because we have strong relation with common society
in our working areas of three states- Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan.
We are going to establish a SOEZ (Social Owned Economy Zone) in 1200 Acres
land. We want to make a Global Peace Family of about 10,00,000 peace
members. Within 2 or 3 years we want to establish all these things because
our society needs some Social Models to show Negative Forces as MNCs,
Centralized Power Systems, Corporate Sectors etc. Just we want to Empower
our last society. We are working for Local Social Power Centers.
I am writing a book on Social Governance, Tribal Solution in Naxal Areas,
Water Economy Games in India. But i want to wait for more experiences by our
ground works. I want to write books by having real and own experiences. We
are working and i will being inform you all about achievements, failures
etc.
