Mostly Rabbits/Golfs and the ubiquitous IT-R in the Speedvision Cup. I've seen Geo Metro/Suzuki Swift GT's do this without too much urging. I don't think a Cadillac Seville STS would take to a full "tricycle" cornering attitude. Creation of BMW's "Owners Corner" web page has made it a bit easier to get information out of them, but so far I have always received ambiguous responses such as the one below. They state that the program is available from dealerships who are willing to participate in the program. They then go on to say "Once you have located such a center" without giving any indication of who some of those dealers might be in my area.... Not very helpful. Anyway, below is the official word on whether or not you can use BMW indivdual's program in the US. This is somewhat contentious, Matthew - it's rather like saying the rear wheels of a RWD car merely provide the force required to move the car in a forward direction. As well as keep the fuel tank off the pavement, of course. Plenty of ill-balanced FWD cars stay planted, and many well-balanced FWD hatchbacks cock the inside rear. The Peugeot 205GTi (RIP) was a notable proponent, and that was a very well-balanced car - a lightweight engine, no ABS, no electric anything, and practically zero crashworthiness at the front gave it a very even weight distribution (I drove a 205 for a while - 850 kg of gallic fun). The rear end of a well-tuned FWD car is often what distiguishes its handling characteristics from the thousands of others and can turn a plough-on special into an oversteery delight.
