Does a touring have a D pillar? yes, when you have 4 pillars, like on an evil SUV for instance, you have a D pillar as well. If I tap the pedal with my foot, they go out. Sort of like the tension spring doesn't have enough "sproing" to return the pedal to the top. Anyone seen this? Also, I keep getting air in my brake lines (could it be related?). I flushed it out about two weeks ago but it never was real firm at the top and now I think its getting soft again. Turned out to be a bad coil (about $80 to $100 bucks and if you can change a spark plug, you can DIY). He removed the pump, used a chisel (thin) to turn the broken part of the bolt, which wasn't tight, out of the block. He then got a new bolt and reinstalled. Everything if fine with his car now. I'm pretty sure the pump will not come off just because you have one bolt off, but it will leak and the coolant will seep/leak onto the timing belt. Jack Money has this theory that this seepage causes belt squeak. Very annoying. If the leak is big, it could deplete coolant. After helping Jack Money do about 3 timing belts, I would suggest using some gasket sealer on the pump when you do it again to prevent the inevitable leak. We did not use any and all of ours seep slightly.
